I am not sure if I am going to continue to update this journal or if I am going to convert my website into a blog.
I do not know yet. I may make some serious changes after I graduate next week....seeing as how I should have plenty of time when I am searching for a job.
I have decided to start making comments on news stories.
I guess I can start with the most recent one I have heard.
A man was shot a little while ago by armed police in London. This is interesting for several reasons. Firearms are illegal in that area, so the government must have been pretty peeved to start arming their officers again. Second...they wrestled the guy to the ground BEFORE shooting him. They shot him 5 times. What on EARTH did that guy do to piss off those police? Wow. He was already on the ground, and they shot him 5 times.
Back to an older story...
The girl lovingly known in my circle of CIS buds as "the Aruba chick".
This girl got herself kidnapped and most likely killed while enjoying a trip to Aruba.
What on earth was SHE doing to make her entire group of friends abandon her?
Also, her mother was crying over the loss of this beautiful, 'smart' girl.
...
Smart? If she was smart enough to be worth my conversation time, why the heck did she leave a club with multiple guys she did not even know? This girl either had issues or had a lot of enemies that do not care anything about her. All I can say is...."Darwin". Natural selection is a wonderful thing sometimes...even if it is not necessarily completely natural.
Ok...now for an even older story... The boyscout in Utah that got lost.
On NATIONAL television news, they were talking to his scoutmaster.
I am sure what happened during this interview thoroughly pissed off the higher ups in the Boy Scouts of America. The reporter asked the scoutmaster point blank..."How long do you think he can last? Was he prepared for something like this?"
...Without any hesitation...the scoutmaster said "No."
Now...for those of you that were never a member of the scouts, or...for some horrible reason do not already know....The Motto of the Boy Scouts of America...that applies to EVERY member of the organization from the newcomer cubs to the leaders of the organization...that has applied since the beginning of the organization...is..and always has been....to Always...ALWAYS..."Be prepared."
Simply put, that is the motto. "Be prepared."
...Why....WHY was this boy not prepared?
All that aside...
HOW did this boy get LOST.........before the camping event even BEGAN!!!???
"Oh gee...well...there are all the other members of my troop, but I think I will go over there where there are no people within viewing range and wait for everyone to go away. No one loves me anyway, so no one will notice that I am missing. My plan is coming to fruition! Muahahahaha."
It is just enough to piss me off.
London needs to stop getting attacked.
I personally believe all females possess the power of witchcraft. All they need to do is tap into it.
I am done for now. Bye.
